Neighbors are friendly. 25 minutes to Belton/Temple, the VA hospital, or the Bell County Expo, 1 hour to Waco, 1 hour to Austin. Perfect location for visiting family and friends at Fort Hood, staying temporarily when PCS-ing, or for events in the central Texas area. Also, there are many food delivery services service the neighborhood, in case you don't feeling going out or cooking. It is easiest to get around with a car. The neighborhood does have sidewalks for those that might want to go for a walk. Driveway and garage are available for parking.
