The first level has a one car garage. A flight of stairs leads you to the main floor where the kitchen, living room, bathroom and guest bedroom are located. On this level there is a cozy front patio with exterior stairs to the ground floor. The master loft bedroom and bathroom are on the third level. KITCHEN: The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and stocked with every necessity including a blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and ceramic top stove. LIVING ROOM: The stylish living room features soaring vaulted ceilings complete with lots of windows for a light, bright and airy feel. ENTERTAINMENT: Enjoy a 65 inch High Definition LED SMART TV in the living room to stream your Hulu, Netflix and YouTube accounts. There is an antenna to capture 20 local stations as well. LAUNDRY: There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM LOFT: The master bedroom loft offers a king size bed, private bathroom with a walk in shower, dresser and walk-in closet. This level has its own heating and cooling system. MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM: This bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstands and an area for hanging clothes. There is a small balcony off of this room as well. BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is full sized and stocked with assorted towels and amenities (shampoo/conditioner/lotion/bar soap). The main floor bathroom has a unique garden tub for relaxing after a long day. Guest access POOL AREA: Enjoy full access to the large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are three deluxe BBQ grills near the pool area that you are free to use. PARKING: Parking is restricted to the use of the garage attached to our unit. You MUST park in the garage at all times. If you park in a space in the complex parking lot without a permit you are at risk of being be towed! The garage, measuring 10’x20’, is suitable for a full-size vehicle. For example, a BMW X5 SUV fits perfectly. Oversized or larger SUVs and pick-up trucks will not fit into the garage. The garage door must be kept closed at all times. These oversized vehicles will need to park nearby on the neighborhood streets across from the complex. The garage is accessed from the alleyway between buildings 9 and 10. The garage is the second one on the left. Stairs from the garage lead up to the main level where the living room, kitchen and bedroom are located. Other things to note The complex itself is charming and well maintained with wonderful desert landscaping. You are greeted at the entrance off of Miller Road by three grand fountains. There is a FREE Scottsdale trolley that runs every half hour to and from Old Town Scottsdale. The trolley stop is located just one block south of the complex's entrance.
