【6A】Walk to Churaumi Aquarium thr Ocean Expo Park

A 66 square meter condo with a panoramic ocean view. Can walk or take sightseeing cars to Aquarium and further to Emerald Beach through the park. 30-sec walk to a mall with Starbucks, etc., 3-min walk to the bus stop from Airport. 5-min walk to a Family Mart. 1km to a local beach. (Even shorter, if you use a short-cut) ＊We no longer provide seasonings. ＊The black color or th etiles in the bathroom is not a mold, but the joints of the tiles. The space A cozy 68-square-meter (+ balcony) apartment with a spacious living-dining room. It is right in front of the south gate of Ocean Expo park: you can enjoy parks botanical garden (free) just like your own garden. You can also enjoy the ocean view from the living-dining room, kitchen (even when you are cooking) and bedrooms. In the morning, you can wake up on the beds listening to birds chirping and looking down the park and the ocean, in the day time you can take a walk in a large, beautiful park (free) or ride a sight-seeing car or the park, and at clear night you can watch the star-lit sky and romantic town lights in a quiet atmosphere. The apartment faces south so at full moon nights you can watch the moon rising above mountains and sets in the sea. The apartment is also good for those who hate bugs as it is on an upper floor of a building. It has 2 single beds (about 100cm W), a double bed (about 140cm W), a sofa-bed (about 120cm W), a reclining sofa, TV with cable and Amazon Fire TV, a DVD player､YAMAHA sound projector, WiFi, a washing machine with a gas dryer, a refrigerator, a microwave oven with toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a rice cooker, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, basic cookware, tableware, a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, etc. Free parking. The fifth person has to sleep on a futon on a sofa-bed. Guest access You can use everything except for one small locked closet. Other things to note We don't usually provide cleaning during your stay, however, we have gas clothe dryer. ----- You need to request in advance for baby goods, such as baby bed, bed guard, baby bath tab, baby bottle disinfectant. You can also rent baby car near the entrance of the gate of Ocean Expo Park, which is right in front of our apartment. ------ You also need to request in advance for a pet circle. ---- Water in our area contains a lot of calcium. We spend much time cleaning the bathroom, toilet, and the wash basin masking them by citric acid and drying them by towels. However, if you ever find a white spot on something, please understand they are from the water and not anything filthy. It takes about 2 hrs and 10 minutes by bus from the airport to our place. If you come by car, it takes about 1 hour and a half without congestion. ------ If your flight should be canceled because of the typhoon, cancellation is free of charge. If a typhoon alert should be issued, or if it is expected to be issued on the day of your arrival, we may have to cancel your reservation for your safety.
