Guest access A villa near Valencia, with a ground floor independent of the upper floors. Upper floors not accessible to guests, restricted use and reserved for hosts. The separation between the two guarantees privacy and exclusive use. The ground floor of approximately 200 m2, available for accommodation (5 private rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room) for your exclusive use during your stay. Outdoor areas (swimming pool, garden, etc.) with approximately 1,500 m2, exclusively for guests, except during the hours dedicated to maintenance work in these areas, work carried out by the hosts, who normally take care of them.
