This 2 bed/2bath home is located in the more northern part of the downtown core called West Annex/Seaton Village and is on a cul de sac. Steps from TTC, Yorkville, art galleries, restos & more. The small urban-chic, clean and bright home boasts two balconies off either bed & a spacious backyard off kitchen. The owners work in fashion and music, so it has a very cool vibe and is in a prime location on a charming cul-de-sac. The house is comfy, clean, and has an amazing kitchen that walks out to the a great backyard. Both bedrooms have their own balconies, and the house is equipped with everything you need. Please advise that while we are considered downtown Toronto, we are a bit north of the actual downtown core in Seaton Village/Annex area. The house is on a cul de sac, and is super close to the train tracks so if you are sensitive to sound this may not be ideal for you. Also has open concept staircase. Guest access Lock-box to grab keys, and everything you need is in the house. Guests will have access to WiFi, with smart TVs in each room. There is a digital antenna in the living room and kitchen and both bedrooms have smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon. All linens & towels are included in your stay. Private backyard, and two balconies off either bedroom. If you use the bbq - please pass it by the owner so we can go over how to use it. The staircase is open concept, and narrow, so take care moving suitcases up and down. Other things to note Sometimes you may be able to park if my car isn't there - but you'll be able to purchase a temporary street parking permit off the City of Toronto's website you'll need to print off before hand. Address is 919 Palmerston Ave. M6G2S4 and you'll need to put your license plate number in. Note we have had to register the home with the city of Toronto. The registration number is STR-2010-GZSXPH. *The city of Toronto has implemented a new law where each guest must pay a four per cent Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) on the total stay.
