The living room has a NEW 60" UHD flat screen TV, a DVD player and a leather recliner to relax in. There is a New Queen sofa-sleeper in the living room. A new deluxe Stereo system with a USB connection is all set for you to play your favorite music. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, KEURIG coffee maker, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, new dishwasher, and slide-out cabinet shelves. The kitchen has everything you should need including all plates, bowls, flatware, carving knives, glasses, plastic cups, stemware, kitchen utensils and BBQ tools and Blender. Our condo has a New A/C unit for the hot summer days and a Secure (non-shared) high speed wireless internet connection. All linens, including beach towels, are available for your use as well as various beach toys to use in building sand castles and sculptures. There is a large HEATED POOL for year round swimming. No need for a car as the condo is a short 5 minute walk to the Publix Supermarket and the Ft. Myers Trolly stops right in front of the complex. Lovers Key Beach, voted one of the top ten beaches in the world, is a short 8 minute drive from the complex. Come and enjoy our little bit of heaven with all the comforts of home!
