It has been renovated several times since, with the latest full renovation in 2024. The apartment spreads in two levels. The Lower level (60sqm) features a spacious living room with a stylish compact kitchen and dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a rain shower and two small balconies, one of which is overlooking Matogianni Street and is literally the best place for people spotting in Mykonos town. An internal staircase leads to the Upper level (18sqm) which houses a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the upper level there is also a private terrace with a built sofa and table, where guests can sit and enjoy early evening drinks and meze. The apartment sleeps six guests comfortably in the two double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. The interior design offers a perfect balance of chic stylishness and comfort. The owners have refurbished selected furniture from the original apartment and have meticulously placed others, acquired from antique stores, which are integrated perfectly with new modern furniture and genuine artwork from their own collection. Extra care and attention to detail has been given to every aspect of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a microwave, a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine with complimentary Nespresso capsules as well as tea. The bathrooms are equipped with Korres hotel amenities to indulge every guest in a world of luxury. The bed linen and towels are made of luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton. Both soft and hard bed pillows are provided to satisfy the preferences of every guest. Ample cupboard space in both bedrooms, one of which also has a safe for the guests’ valuables. In the living room, the sofa can be easily transformed into a comfortable bed. Guests can watch movies on the Samsung smart TV or navigate on the Internet using the ADSL wifi. All living spaces are air-conditioned, while the lower level bedroom is additionally equipped with a ceiling fan for guests that despise AC. The biggest advantage of this gorgeous apartment however, is its location and the view it offers from the balcony to the Matogianni Street. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the island slowly wake up or relax soaking up the Mykonian sun in the afternoon, experience the sky fill with a whole palette of colors as the sun goes down or watch the crowds fill the town’s main street ready to party and dance till dawn.
