Charming one bedroomed self contained cottage

Ridings Cottage is attached to the owners historic, victorian home with connections to the Bronte sisters. It is self contained with one spacious bedroom which has a very comfortable double bed and a pull out sofa bed. We are close to Dewsbury Hospital with easy access to Leeds, Huddersfield and Wakefield. M1 and M62 motorway links. We have made the cottage as comfortable as possible to ensure you enjoy your stay. The space The cottage is 170 years old and built of stone. The back of the cottage faces north and can be chilly in winter. Heating appliances are provided and we would advise heating the space up before use. The lounge and bedroom warm up nicely if you keep the door shut. There is an electric blanket on the bed in the colder months. Guest access Guests are welcome to park in our drive. There is a bus stop opposite, the 271 takes you into Batley (30 minutes walk) or Heckmondwike in the other direction. You can also get the 229 bus to Leeds or Huddersfield nearby. Dewsbury train station is a 45 minute walk away which takes you to Leeds or Huddersfield. Other things to note please note that WiFi is not provided.
