Welcome to Viken Gård. Apartment of 60 m2 with 27 m2 terrace located on the farm Viken. Viken is located quietly on the west side of Øyer overlooking Øyer and the Hafjell Alpine Resort. Viken is an old farm with history dating back to the mid-1600s. It consists of several older buildings such as a granary and a firehouse that can be kept open by appointment. There are no livestock on the farm, only a cat. The neighboring farm's cows graze in the fenced area during the summer. The space PS! The apartment is rented with duvet and pillow but without bed linen. Toilet paper and soap are included. Clean bed linen with two towels can be rented for NOK 89 per bed. Cleaning at check-out can be ordered: NOK 950 Refrigerator, dishwasher, moccamaster, and microwave are in the apartment TV with multiple channels (national TV). We are self-sufficient with water i.e. we have our own well on the farm. 15 min walk to Hundefossen family park. 20 min walk to the alpine resort. The store is a 15 min walk from the apartment. Courtyard with trampoline and fire pit can be used. The apartment is 60 m2 with terrace: 27 m2 with the forest as a neighbor.
