As this property is located in a residential area, please keep quiet after 9:00 PM → after 21:00. ◆ About Smoking Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. ◆No shoes allowed inside the facility. ◆ About Lost Items Lost items will be stored at the facility for three months, after which they will be disposed of. Even if the owner is identified, we will not contact the guest as a general rule. Items not suitable for storage, such as food and sanitary products, may be disposed of on the day they are found for hygiene reasons. Please note that the following cases will incur additional fees: ① Domestic shipping of lost items = will be sent cash on delivery. A separate handling fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) per case will be charged. We do not offer international shipping. ② Disposal of bulky items such as suitcases or strollers = from ¥4,400 ③ Same-day cleaning cancellation due to guest reasons: If a guest requests to extend their stay on the day or cancels cleaning on the same day for any reason, a one-time cleaning fee will be charged. If there are any changes to your reservation, such as extensions, please inform us at least 12 hours before check-out. ④ Fireworks, regular cigarettes, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited except in designated areas. Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the surrounding streets. Violations of this policy may result in a fine under Japanese law. Do not bring cigarette butts into the building.
