Large house in the countryside, cozy and pleasant with garden, quiet, 20 minutes from Laval. It can accommodate up to six people in a homestay to stay as a family (2 bedrooms for 2 people, 1 bedroom 2 beds 1 person). We also have a sofa bed upstairs for two extra people. Important note: for a reservation of 2 rooms with only 1 person per room, a supplement of 40 euros will be requested. The space The house has 2 double bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom for 2 people with separate beds, a bathroom and toilet. Common areas are at your disposal, a large living room - dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, etc.) We also have a sofa bed on the first floor that can accommodate 2 additional people. Important note: for a booking request of 2 rooms with only 1 person per room, a supplement of 40 euros will be requested. Guest access We don't prepare breakfast. All you need to do is plan it, and with access to the kitchen you can have it on site. As part of your stay you will have access to the entire property and you can enjoy the south-facing terrace and the outdoors on sunny days. We also have a closed garage available if you want to secure your vehicle. During your stay As part of your stay, we will be happy to inform you about the tourist and walking spots in the area. Mayenne has beautiful villages to discover (Sainte-Suzanne, Saulges, Jublains) and beautiful hikes to do in the heart of nature.
