Perfect for a relaxing holiday or perhaps you are interested in discovering more of the North East of Scotland, fishing, hillwalking or playing golf at one of the most famous, internationally known, links courses in Scotland. The space A two bedroom (twin plus one double) cottage beside the beach and a short walk from the small harbour of Port Erroll. The bathroom is upstairs and has a bath plus shower. The cottage is newly redecorated and interior designed to provide a premium location to stay. The garden is opposite the cottage facing the estuary. It is fully enclosed by a picket fence/stone wall and has a small decking arena plus grass. Ideal for a family to have fun at the nearby beach or a small golfing/fishing and walking party. Cozy and homely this cottage can be used all year round. Guest access Parking on the road or there is a small carpark at the entrance to the street Other things to note This is a stunning location overlooking the beach, and beyond the golf course. Our garden is on the other side of the road, overlooking the estuary. The garden is enclosed with a wall/picket fence and small decked area and grass for sitting out in the fresh air. Whilst we have a tv it is not set up to play live TV. We do have Netflix which you are welcome to use.
