Smoking is not alowed. In the summer ( july and august) there are lot of spanish families there spendig their vacations. It can be noisy. Security Deposit at Check-in At check-in, we kindly ask our guests to provide a €100 security deposit. This serves as a safeguard for: excessive electricity usage (daily limit: 18 kWh), extra cleaning fees for BBQ grill cleaning.
