Room with view of the garden and the Château

In an old private school from 1883 that has become a small condominium, the master's house is divided into 2 private properties, the right part no. 4 being my property, on the 1st floor in a quiet area with a superb view of the garden, the lake, the two bell towers and the castle of Talmont (12th century) you will have a bedroom for 2 people with the charm of yesteryear and a bathroom and its private toilet. I will be on site or Fred (my brother) to prepare your breakfast on the ground floor or on the terrace The space Cozy room for 2 ADULTS and a baby possibly, with stunning views of nature and Fred's beautiful garden, you can have your breakfast on the terrace or under the pergola in summer or in the living room in winter and you will be alone upstairs for your privacy (beware of the slightly steep staircase) not for the elderly, disabled or children... calm and respectful people and no smoking inside the house. Breakfast will be offered Nespresso coffee or Damman tea access to the kitchen will not be allowed outside of breakfast, which I or Fred will prepare for you on site Guest access you can park in my private space only in the evening and easily outside during the day along the residence (small condo with terraces overlooking the private parking lot, comings and goings are not recommended in summer for the tranquility of the other inhabitants. During your stay I will be available on site or in case of absence my brother Fred, or even my aunt Janine, any outside person is prohibited in the house or the garden, I ask all my tenants for complete discretion and absolute calm for the well-being of my co-owner neighbors, and great respect for my very decorative and fragile interior. I will ask you to take off your shoes when you arrive at the house, slippers will be available upon arrival Breakfast is offered Other things to note you are 5 minutes' walk from the center... organic market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, churches, pharmacies, banks, shops, post office, tobacco, bars and restaurants... 10 minutes' walk from the Super U or LIDL... bakeries... the lake for walks or jogging, 20 minutes' drive from Les Sables d'Olonne and the Olonna port, the beaches of Les Sables d'Olonne, 10 minutes from that of Veillon, the golf course and the small oyster port of La Guittière, the marshes and beaches of Jard or Tranche Sur Mer (30 minutes) and the sublime beach of La Faute sur Mer
