NOTE: There is a 150-peso fee for each RFID access card that is needed for entry and exit to the building. Guests are requested to secure these access cards at the admin office on the 4th floor during office hours M-F. Look for Ms Princess. NOTE: Getting the RFID card is a compulsory requirement and is non-refundable. NOTE: If you are getting 2 RFID cards or more please message me for a refund of 1 RFID card. NOTE: Pay parking is located in the basement. Entrance is on the side of the building on Mayflower Street. Parking fee is 50 pesos for the first 3 hours then 20 pesos per hour after that. For overnight parking, Greenfield will add 200 pesos on top of the fee at 2am. Tip: Some guests bring out their car before 2am and come back at 2:15am to skip the 200 pesos. NOTE: If you bring a pet, the administration requires 1. Proof of vaccination 2. Fill up the registration form 3. Pay 250 pesos for pet registration NOTE: The administration just put out a memo that you are required to put a covering on your pet's mouth when they ride on the elevator. This is not to be unkind, but to be considerate of other residents' safety after the occurrence of a biting incident recently. Once booked please email me your IDs for easy check-in and check-out process. I am required to register guests with admin one day before check in. THE CONDO: This condo building is on Shaw Boulevard, 3 minute walk from EDSA in Mandaluyong in the beautiful Philippines. It is situated in close proximity to four major business districts - Ortigas Centre, Quezon City, Makati, and The Fort-BGC. The Shangrila Mall and Shangrila Hotel are across the street. The Mall has a variety of shops, fancy restaurants, a supermarket and food court at the basement, hardware, mercury drugstore, medical clinics and cinemas. SM Megamall is right beside Shangrila Mall where there are more restaurants and shopping to be had. There is guarded pay parking at the basement in case you need it. But if you were to be dropped off you could park along Mayflower St. while taking out your luggage. NOTE: Up to 3 visitors are allowed. But only 1 visitor is allowed for overnight. There is a reception up front. If you have visitors they will have to register with reception. Weekend entertainment at the Greenfield district park. The building and location is very safe with 24x7 security. A 5-10 minute walk to mall, restaurants, clinic/lab, nail and waxing salon, banks, mercury drugstore & jeep, bus and train stations. Ortigas Centre (Megamall/Shangrila) - 5-10 minute walk Makati Business District - 10-15 minute drive The Fort - Bonifacio Global City - 10-15 minute drive The Medical City - 5 minute drive International Airport - 45 minute drive Other tourist destinations such as Rizal Park, Intramuros, Mall of Asia, Resorts World Manila, Solaire Resorts and Gaming Hotel are just 20-30 minutes drive from the condo. Brooms, dust pan, and mop are provided for your basic cleaning. NOTE: Keep the shower heater at a maximum of 75% only. DO NOT PUT IT ON FULL (100%) HEAT, it may short circuit. Free gym at the 4th floor of the Soho premises. Guest access 1. The pool and gym are on the 4th floor 2. Laundry full service at the 40th floor and across Shaw at the Upper ground floor of Cityland Shaw. 3. GARBAGE POLICY: Put your garbage outside the door only during designated times 10am-11am and 8pm-9pm. If you need to throw out garbage at any other time you will have to bring it to Basement 1. 4. Only small pets allowed. (eg shitzu, terriers, small poodles, chihuahua, corgi) 5. Room cleaning and linen change can be had for a fee of 500 pesos. 6. We provide storage service at 150 pesos for big bags and 100 pesos for knapsacks and small duffels. 7. NOTE: Keep the shower heater at a maximum of 75% only. DO NOT PUT IT ON FULL (100%) HEAT, it may short circuit. 8. Please secure your RFID for 150 pesos from Ms Charish or Noella at the 4th floor admin office. A Grab car/taxi away from flea markets - ‘the Greenhills Shopping Center’ (about 30 min sans traffic) and ‘Tiendesitas’ (10 minutes sans traffic). Other things to note FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) : 1) Can we cook? Are we allowed to bring our own food/groceries? - Absolutely! The condo features a single stove that you're very free to use. We also have a mini fridge where you can store your perishable groceries. However, please do not cook smoky food (so as not to trigger the smoke alarm) or ones that are unpleasant-smelling (cooking any kind of fish or bagoong is NOT ALLOWED). 2) Can we bring additional guests? - 2 people is the maximum, you can be related or unrelated. 3 people is allowed if the 3rd person is related to one of the guests and is a minor up to 18 years old. You can have a visitor for an overnight. 3) Are there ample parking spaces? -There are many parking slots available at the guest parking, charging 50 pesos for the first 3 hours and 20 pesos for every succeeding hour. Located at the basement. If the car is parked overnight Php200 pesos will be added on top of the hourly fee everyday at 2am. 4) Can we use the pool? - Yes! Open from 7am to 8pm 5) Can we use the gym? - Yes! Open from 7am to 8pm 6) Can we commute to your place? - Definitely! Instructions/directions are written at the 'Getting Around' section. Just scroll down a little bit. :) 7) I don't have a credit card. Do you accept cash/bank deposit? - I'm afraid we don't. At the moment, we do not allow bookings outside Airbnb. (Trust us when we say that this is for your own security.) Don't worry, there's a workaround for those without credit cards. You can either use your debit card with the VISA or MasterCard logos or try credit card alternatives like Paymaya. Just check instructions online. 8) We plan to arrive late. Can we check in after 3:00 PM? - As long as you've submitted your identification beforehand you are allowed to check in after 3pm. Please inform us of your preferred check-in window after 3pm and we will make the proper arrangements. 9) We plan to arrive early. Can we check in before 3:00 PM? - We can't guarantee early check-ins as we usually have guests checking out at 12:00 noon, on the day of your stay. But if there is no guest booked before you can check in before 12 noon (from 7am -11am) for a fee of 800 pesos. 10) Can we leave our bags at reception if we arrive early? Reception does not allow any bags to be stored with them. You have the option to avail of our storage services at 150 pesos for big bags and 100 pesos for backpack and small duffel bags. 11) Can we check out later than 12 noon? It's 200 pesos every hour after 1 pm. If check out is later than 6pm then the fee is a flat 1200 pesos. 12) Do you have other rooms we can book? - I have studio units located at Wack Wack Twin Towers along Wack Wack Road, Soho Central Condominium along Mayflower St. across Shangrila Mall and Studio A Katipunan across Ateneo University. 13) I'm done booking. What needs to be presented on the day of my check in? - Awesome! Please bring at least 1 ID in case reception asks for it. :)
