Vintage Airstream · Farm Breakfast · AC · 14 Acres
Description
Wake up in a fully restored 1960 Airstream on a working 14-acre ranch. Fresh eggs, homemade baked goods, coffee, and tea are waiting for you every morning, along with a welcome sign with your name on it. Carolyn and Julio have been hosting for 8 years and they genuinely love it, something you'll feel right away. The space The Airstream is warm, comfortable, and full of character. Tuft and Needle mattresses, natural fiber linens, and a long sofa that converts to a twin if you need it. The kitchen has everything for simple meals: updated fridge, electric burner, double sink, cooking basics, French press, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower and sitting-tub combo with fluffy towels. There's a dedicated workspace with fiber WiFi if you need it. Outside you'll find plenty areas to explore: a private seating area with edison lights strung above your head, a private hammock and access to a propane fire pit, sun loungers, BBQ, and native plants, all with a clear view of the canyon for sunsets and stargazing. Self check-in: the key will be on the dining table when you arrive. Other tiny houses are available on the property, great if you're traveling with friends or family who want their own space. Guest access The whole 14 acres are yours. Say hi to Machu Picchu the alpaca, the sheep, the chickens, the cats, and Caspian and Tirian, the ranch dogs if you feel like it. Or don't. Some guests just want the hammock and the sunset and that's perfectly fine too. If you want local recommendations for Chico or Paradise, just ask, Carolyn and Julio have plenty of recs to share! Other things to note 22 minutes to downtown Chico. 5 minutes to Paradise. 15 minutes to Butte Creek Canyon. Close enough to everything, far enough from all of it. Early check-in and late checkout available on request at no extra charge – just ask!
