Chalet in Belgrade

A spacious and comfortable lodge in a private setting on McGrath Pond, the cleanest of the Belgrade Lake chain. Minutes from Colby College, Camp Modin, Camp Tracy, and many other camps. A good base for day trips to the Maine Coast (Camden, Rockland, Rockport), to Portland with its restaurant scene, and to Freeport with LL Bean and countless outlet stores. Minutes from Waterville, Oakland, Augusta, and Belgrade Lakes Village. Canoe and kayak available; swimming from the dock; and the loons.... The space This is my full-time home, furnished with family furniture and my favorite books. It is quiet and private, but not far from civilization. A good place for parents and younger siblings to hang out while visiting kids at camp or Colby. Guest access Guests have access to the house and grounds with the exception of one locked room and several locked closets or cabinets. The garage is not accessible to guests.
