This is a converted heritage hall space so it has thick limestone walls and exposed steel beams. The apartment has an entry on Quarry St as well as it's James St. You'll love staying at this wonderful studio apartment so close to cafes and the Fremantle Arts Centre in Freo's East End. Just a 15 min walk to the train station The space This apartment is across the road from the Fremantle Arts Centre which is a wonderful place to hang out with lots of free summer concerts, a visual arts program, a great cafe and lawn gardens. There are two other cafes really close by, The Broody Hen- a cute little hipster joint and Gesha which has great coffee and food. Further down James St, The Mantle(from 4pm Tues-Sun)has pizza, tapas and a cocktail bar. The Fremantle swimming pool is next door. This end of Freo is full of character with local designers selling their wares in shops like Megan Salmon on Queen Victoria st and Found at the Fremantle Arts Centre. It's a short stroll to walking tracks up the Swan River and it's all within walking distance to Fremantle's Prison, Markets and the Maritime and Shipwreck museums Guest access Please be aware there is no car bay allocated to unit 2A. On street parking is available on Quarry St and Ord St Please refer to parking signs. Other things to note Everything is set up for you to have a wonderful stay and Megan, the host is very close by if you should need anything.
