The APARTMENT has a bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen, living area and full bath. There is a pull out full bed in private breezeway that has been used by many groups as an additional private bedroom. The connected STUDIO has a kind size bed and two twin day beds, a kitchenette, full bathroom, and a large lounge/TV area. Please inquire about pricing if you would like to rent both the apartment and the studio. A dog will be considered depending on size and breed for an additional fee. Please inquire if you hope to bring a pup. The building has in-floor radiant, high loft ceilings with overhead fans, 3 sets of double French doors leading onto a flagstone patio, and access to a beautiful fenced yard with BBQ and mature landscaping. There is a large breezeway that works great for gear or an extra room for another bed or pack-n-play. In addition to the apartment, large breezeway and open studio, guests will enjoy private off street parking, with easy access to the code-entry back door, and a large fenced yard and patio. We love to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay. If that means helping to figure out the perfect bed/sleeping configuration in our versatile space or directing you to the best mountain bike trails, we are glad to help. If you have it all figured out and are seeking an uninterrupted visit, we are good with that too! We love our neighborhood!! It's walking distance (just 2 blocks) to historic downtown Durango, the Animas river and river trail, the Horse Gulch trail system, and so much more. Our location is private and quiet, but literally just blocks from all of the action! Whether you love to shop, dine and enjoy nightlife or are eager to hop in the river or on the countless trails, it's all just a short walk away. There is a free main street trolly 2 blocks from the house and car and taxi services in Durango. And we are serious about our location, dining, trails, the river, shopping, the spa, the grocery store, live and music and more are all just blocks away. Our space is unique and versatile.
