Anjalar House, in the heart of Santander Bay

This is a semi-detached house next to the main house (formerly a block) that we renovated in 2015 with great enthusiasm and desire for you to enjoy it. Overlooking Santander Bay (considered one of the 10 most beautiful bays in the world) and Picos de Europa. Also on this same property we built 4 one-bedroom apartments in September 2025. It is located in the center of Pedreña. It has a small beach ideal for families and without crowds. The space DISTRIBUTION: GROUND FLOOR: An American-style kitchen with an oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a washing machine, kitchenware, and small appliances; one bedroom with a 1.35-meter bed; one bathroom with a shower; a living room with furniture and a 42-inch TV (USB, HDMI, Euroconector) with a large window and access to a 25-square-meter terrace facing the bay, with views of the sea and Santander, where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. And from the terrace, we would go out to the garden of about 50 m2. 1st FLOOR: 3 bedrooms (one with a 1.35 bed and two with 2 beds of 90 each) and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. ****. ****. ****. ****. ****. **** Guest access *Smoking inside the house is NOT allowed. Only on the terrace. *The entire house is rented, it has Wi-Fi and 2 parking spaces are included. * Towels and bedding (sheets, blankets) are included. *The kitchen has an Italian coffee maker, blender, electric juicer, kettle, toaster, household cleaning products... * There is a hairdryer and hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as paper (but if there are many of you and the stay is long you will have to buy more) *We also leave you detergent and fabric softener so you can wash your clothes. You have an iron, clothesline, and clothespins. * I leave you tourist brochures * Terrace furniture is only available in the summer months. Due to the weather, these are stored in winter. *We have an electric car charging fee: €10 per day per car * We prioritize cleanliness, so for hygiene and health reasons, as more and more people are allergic or asthmatic, the house does not have curtains, carpets, paintings or any other decorative element that gives rise to dust or lint. Other things to note *Please use the facilities properly *When leaving the accommodation, close doors and windows to prevent unauthorized access and to prevent the rooms from getting wet *Check-in time will be after 5:00 pm and check-out before 12:00 pm *Pets are not allowed *Maximum 8 people (children and infants included) *2 parking spaces are included *No parties or rentals to groups under the age of 25 *Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Throwing cigarette butts on the property is strictly forbidden. We provide ashtrays for this purpose.
