We welcome people from all over to our beautiful area and apartment. • Spacious self-catering cottage with private entrance in a quiet, safe area. • Nature on your doorstep - the lake, beach and mountains. • Centrally located to the Cape Peninsula. • Guard at entrance to street 24/7 Nearby are large supermarkets, takeaway outlets, pharmacy, etc. Buzzing Muizenberg, St James and Kalk Bay are 2- 5 km away - great beaches, tidal pools, surfing schools, many restaurants, local markets. The space • Private entrance with good security • A large bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet) • Two small courtyards, one with seating and a table • A spacious sunny, light-filled living area with a large, comfortable couch, armchair and work table, dining table and chairs • A kitchen area (fridge and freezer, 4-in-1 Airfryer , microwave, sink) Guest access Guests will have the cottage completely to themselves. Other things to note We have friendly dogs but they do not have any access to the cottage or courtyards. There is no laundry service provided or washing machine. Guests staying longer than 10 days are supplied with two sets of bed linen, towels, dishcloths and tablecloths. There are good laundry services nearby. It borders a vlei/nature reserve, so there are alot of grasses, pollen bearing trees, birds, and harmless field mice, insects and even frogs and otters that are nearby. Sometimes they try wander in. Guests need to be aware this might happen.
