Welcome to the BergOase apartment! Our modern and family-friendly apartment (55 m²) can accommodate two adults and up to two children (up to about 12 years). It is located on the outskirts of Scheidegg in the Allgäu, in the popular Rosenalm complex with free use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. The space +++ Important note on pool use +++ Due to maintenance work, the pool in the wellness area will unfortunately be closed from January 19 to July 24, 2026. However, the sauna is still available. Our prices are therefore discounted during this period. For relaxing bathing and swimming lessons, there are also beautiful alternatives close by, such as the Scheidegg alpine outdoor pool, the Lindenberg indoor pool, the Oberstaufen Aquaria, the Sonthofen Wonnemar, the Oberstdorf spa and much more. It can accommodate up to two adults and two children (up to about 12 years) and is located in the popular holiday resort Rosenalm. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen - there you will find everything a chef's heart desires: - Stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer - Smeg & Senseo coffee machine (coffee powder & pods included) - Toaster, kettle, tea pot (incl. tea selection), - High-quality cooking equipment such as pans, pots, hand blender and much more. - Children's dishes, mugs and cutlery 🛏️ Cozy bedroom with play corner: - Comfortable box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) - Lovingly designed children's house bed (90 × 200 cm each) - Electric shutters with mosquito repellent ensure undisturbed sleep 🧩 In the play corner: puzzles, children's & board games (duplo, wooden railway, painting stuff, pens, lecture books, table tennis rackets, baby toys, etc.) for all ages 🛁 Modern bathroom is equipped with the following: - Shower, toilet, sink, illuminated mirror - Towel heating, hair dryer - toiletries such as shampoo & shower gel - Small hand & shower towels are also available 🛋️ Living area to feel good: - a cozy sofa & ear chair - Smart TV (55") with free access to MagentaTV & Disney+ - Free WiFi (50Mbps) in all rooms - in summer months: refreshing tower fan 👶 Perfect for families with young kids For the youngest guests, we provide: - Baby cot, high chair, fallout protection, night light - Duplo, toy cars, painting stuff, Wimmelbücher and much more. 🚗 There are also: - Parking right in front of the house - Wind-protected bicycle cellar next door - Access to gym with ping pong tables (table tennis rackets are available in the apartment) Washer & Dryer (coin operated) in the neighboring building 🧖 Our highlight: free access to the wellness area of the complex: - Indoor heated pool (15 m, 60–150 cm deep, approx. 25–28 °C) - Sauna & sunbathing area indoors and outdoors - Modern showers and changing rooms - Open daily from 7 am to 9:30 pm Also available in the wellness area: hairdresser, cosmetics & massage Guest access Our vacation guests can use the entire apartment, the adjacent spa area and the fitness room to their heart's content (open daily from 7 am to 9:30 pm). In addition, a parking space is available right in front of the apartment free of charge. If you would like to bring your bikes, please let us know! Other things to note Included in the price are all utilities, pool, sauna & gym use, parking, final cleaning, bed linen, coffee & tea, spices & oils, shampoo & shower gel, dishes & towels package as well as Wi-Fi. Currently, the visitor's tax in Scheidegg is 2.60 euros per day for adults and 0.90 euros for children (7 to 15 years) After paying the spa fee, all guests in Scheidegg receive the digital Allgäu-Walser guest passport free of charge.
