Welcome to the BergOase apartment! Our modern and family-friendly apartment (55 m²) can accommodate two adults and up to two children (up to about 12 years). It is located on the outskirts of Scheidegg in the Allgäu, in the popular Rosenalm complex with free use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. The space Here, we welcome guests of all ages to our bright, modern and lovingly furnished BergOase apartment, which has over 55 m² of living space. It can accommodate up to two adults and two children (up to about 12 years old) and is located in the popular Rosenalm resort. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen – there you will find everything a cook's heart desires: - Stovetop, oven, dishwasher (dishwasher tabs included), fridge & freezer - SMEG and Senseo coffee machines (ground coffee and pods included) - Toaster, kettle, teapot (including a selection of teas) - High-quality cooking utensils such as pans, pots, an immersion blender, sharp knives, and much more - Children's dishes, cups and children's cutlery - Cleaning utensils, kitchen towels and dish towels 🛏️ Cozy bedroom with play area: - Comfortable box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm, bedding & sheets included) - Lovingly designed children's house bed (each 90 × 200 cm, bedding & sheets included) - Electric shutters with mosquito screens ensure undisturbed sleep 🧩 In the play area: puzzles, children's games and board games (Duplo, wooden train set, toy cars, art supplies, pencils, coloring pages, storybooks, magnetic toys, table tennis paddles, baby toys, and much more) for all ages 🛁 The modern bathroom is equipped with: - Shower, toilet, sink, illuminated mirror - Heated towel rail, hairdryer - Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel & toilet paper - Small hand towels and bath towels are also provided 🛋️ Living area for relaxation: - A cozy sofa and wingback chair - Smart TV (55") with free access to MagentaTV & Disney+ - Free Wi-Fi (50 Mbps) in all rooms - In the summer months: a refreshing tower fan 👶 Perfect for families with small children For our youngest guests, we provide: - Crib, high chair, bed rail, night light - Duplo, toy cars, art supplies, hidden object books, and much more. 🚗 There are also: - Parking right in front of the house - Sheltered bike storage room next door - Access to the gym with table tennis tables (table tennis paddles are available in the apartment) - Washer & dryer (coin-operated) in the neighboring building 🧖 Our highlight: Free access to the complex's wellness area: - Heated indoor pool (15 m, 60–150 cm deep, approx. 25–28 °C) - Sauna & lounging area indoors and outdoors - Modern showers and changing rooms - Open daily from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm Also available in the wellness area for an additional charge: hairdresser, beauty treatments & massage Guest access Our vacation guests can use the entire apartment, the adjacent spa area and the fitness room to their heart's content (open daily from 7 am to 9:30 pm). In addition, a parking space is available right in front of the apartment free of charge. If you would like to bring your bikes, please let us know! Other things to note The final price includes the spa tax of the municipality of Scheidegg, all ancillary costs, use of the pool, sauna and fitness room, parking, final cleaning, bed linens, coffee and tea, spices and oils, shampoo and shower gel, a package of dish towels and towels, and Wi-Fi. Currently, the tourist tax in Scheidegg is 2.60 euros per day for adults and 0.90 euros for children (7 to 15 years). All guests (except business travelers) receive the digital Allgäu-Walser guest pass in Scheidegg free of charge. This allows for discounts at leisure facilities in the region, free or discounted participation in guided hikes in and around Scheidegg, free travel on the public bus in the area (e.g., to Oberstaufen, Bregenz or Lindau) and much more.
