Beautiful rural cottage. Originally the milking parlour, La Laiterie comfortably sleeps 6 with a large open plan living area downstairs, including fully equipped kitchen and separate wc. Upstairs consists of a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family shower room. Outside, direct access to the terrace with seating, a shared above ground pool, large shared lawned garden, trampoline, swings and various toys for children. The space La Laiterie is a large comfortable rural cottage for up to 6 people. Situated in the heart of the French countryside, halfway between Le Mans and Tours, overlooked by artisan vineyards, La Laiterie offers a peaceful, relaxing, family orientated break away from the hectic pace of everyday life. All shops and amenities are within 5 minutes drive. Guests have access to a range of bicycles and barbecue facilities and an onsite laundry room. Outside ample parking, lit through the night. Guest access La Laiterie is one of 4 self contained cottages on site. Guests have access to the whole house and the shared gardens, with outdoor furniture. There are facilities outside for children including a shared above ground plunge pool, swings, trampoline etc. Other things to note We provide baby equipment, (cot, stair gates, high chair etc) and barbecues on request and there is access to a selection of bikes. The lawned, shared garden is a safe environment for children to play. There are a number of wine producers within walking distance. Just 10 minutes drive away there is a man-made beach with a play-park, water sports, tennis, mini golf, archery etc. with life guards on site throughout the summer.
