Central and family-friendly apartment, good standard🌱

Listing my beloved home this summer. The apartment is centrally located on Lund with walking distance to most places; great swimming areas, nice hiking areas and a lovely city life. Although centrally located, it is located in a quiet and good neighborhood where children play freely on the lawn just outside. The apartment has a great atmosphere it's good to spend time in. Guarantees good cleanliness. Guests wash their own laundry from the apartment, I personally go over to disinfect and quality assure that it's done well. The space The apartment has a consistently good standard with two nice bedrooms, a living room with a big dining table and a good couch, and a kitchen that's easy to prepare food on. The sun shines on the balcony until late at night, here you can enjoy the late evening hours. In the bathroom there is a combined washing machine and dryer, it is just for use. Sonos in every room, multiple channels on the TV screen, and fast internet. This is a home you want to spend time in. The beds are of course ready made by the rental. Towels, soap, paper towels, cleaning products, hair dryer, etc. ready to use. Great possibilities for storing luggage in cabinets.
