The 8 x 4 m Brazilian black shale infinity pool is totally private, unheated, at a depth of 150 cm and benefits from UV treatment providing swimming comfort without irritation of the skin and eyes. There are no steps or "descending" beach, it is a real rectangular pool with a flat bottom. An immersed alarm with integrated siren continuously analyzes disturbances in the pool to detect the slightest fall. The garden is completely fenced but the house does not have a gate. On-site parking is available in a private parking space in front of the house. A Tesla 11kWh electric vehicle charging station (compatible with any vehicle) is available for your use. No smoking inside and we ask you to be very vigilant outside. Barbecue strictly prohibited due to the risk of fire throughout the summer period. Pets are not allowed. The villa is located in a natural environment, and out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed. The house being our main residence, you will find all the comforts. Guests will have the entire place except 1 office and 1 garage closed to store our personal belongings Household linen and bath towels are provided. Beds are made before you check in. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms for the first days of your stay.
