Rigsby’s Room

Welcome to the working man’s Amalfi Coast - the Isle of Anglesey. My house is located in Llanfechell, a stones throw away from the picturesque village of Cemaes Bay, the most Northernly village in Wales (2 Miles). A great base to discover and explore the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, whether it be an action-packed afternoon on the famous Menai Straight RibRide or a gentle stroll along the Anglesey Coastal Path. The space The room is perfect for a traveling couple, or solo traveler, who just require a base for their stay on Anglesey. Although the bathroom is shared (with me) it’s located directly next to the guest bedroom. Wifi is available throughout the property. Guest access Unfortunately, I don’t have a tv in the guest bedroom, but you’re more than welcome to watch the tv downstairs in the living room (Netflix, BBC Iplayer, ITVX etc) as most guests tend to do. The kitchen is also available. I have no problem with you using it, as long as you tidy up afterwards. There is also a small sitting area located in the back garden. A great spot for your morning coffee or unwinding after a long day of exploring. Most of the time I’m home for when new guests arrive.. but if for some reason I cannot be there to greet you personally, the house key will be left in the key-safe for you. During your stay I work most days, but during the evenings I will be at the property, as I live here. If you’ve come to Anglesey for peace and quiet, then I shall respect that and leave you to it. But, if your the kind who likes to interact with the host.. then I’m sure we can find common ground. Other things to note The house is located on a friendly and quiet estate. You’ll have safe, off-road parking right outside the front door. Also, I’ve had a few guests stay, that were on a cycling holiday around the Isle. If this is the case, then I have a secure garage to keep your bikes safe overnight. You’ll have your own key to access them whenever you like.
