In summer on the terrace and swimming in the river, in winter it is cozy here like a mountain hut with a fireplace. Families like to visit Berlin and Potsdam's sights, friends like to come together to cook/grill, hike, swim, fish or anything else. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, beer gardens and cafes, a theater and swimming pool are just around the corner. Those who prefer a new housing estate are not well taken care of here. If you upload a proof photo at the sight of a spider web, you don't... well, you get it, right? Guest access We live next door. Access or arrival time is never a problem. Other things to note The former forest estate of King Friedrich Wilhelm I stands on a hill of the Bäke Valley, now Teltow Canal in Berlin. It is an ensemble of a hunting lodge, hen house, summer house, laundry and several outbuildings. Landgut Eule is the last preserved building of a forest estate founded in 1725. The game and fence guards who had to supervise the fenced hunting ground established by the king lived in the manor. In 2016 we bought it and completely restored it in 2017. In addition to the Berlin and Potsdam highlights, I recommend memorials such as the Soviet secret service city, the Berlin Wall Trail with old highway bridge, Teufelsberg, the Grabowsee Lung Sanatorium or the Bunker City Wünsdorf.
