On our side, we carry out a thorough cleaning after each stay, including full cleaning and renewal of bed linen and towels. ⚠️ However, due to repeated past abuses, we reserve the right to charge a €60 flat fee if an abnormally long cleaning time is required to restore the property. Please smoke outside only, with doors and windows closed 🚪🚫 👉 Any persistent smell or trace of smoke will result in additional cleaning charges. We prefer to be clear… and keep the place smelling fresh 🌿✨ ━━━━━━━━━━━ 💳 SECURITY DEPOSIT – BANK PRE-AUTHORIZATION A €300 bank pre-authorization is required, regardless of the length of stay. 👉 This practice, now standard in vacation rentals and hotels, is used to cover potential additional costs in case of: damage, failure to follow check-out instructions, violation of the no-smoking policy, excessive cleaning, exceeding the authorized number of guests, etc. 💳 How does it work? After booking, you will be asked to register your credit card details. ➜ Payments are processed via Stripe, a well-known and fully secure payment solution 🔒 ➜ A €1 technical card-registration fee applies (charged to the guest). ➜ Once the card is registered, the €300 pre-authorization is automatically placed within 24 hours before arrival. ➜ If your card is expired or declined, you will be notified and asked to update your details. 👉 No immediate charge is made: the €300 amount is simply temporarily blocked by your bank (this may reduce your available spending limit during the authorization period). 🔓 After your stay If everything went well (which is the case for the vast majority of stays 😊), the pre-authorization is automatically released after departure, with no action required from you. ⚠️ In case of non-compliance with house rules, a partial or full charge of the deposit may be applied, in accordance with contractual conditions. 🚨 Important Due to repeated past abuses, access to the accommodation is strictly conditional upon validation of this bank pre-authorization. ℹ️ For your information As a professional host using dedicated management software, we are authorized by Airbnb to collect a security deposit in accordance with Airbnb’s Terms of Service.
