Nice house just 200 meters from Pozuelo Beach and the Mediterranean Park. An ideal area for walking, with all the amenities nearby, a skatepark, and very good connections to the center by car or bus. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and 1 with two twin beds, a fully stocked kitchen, garage, swimming pool with bubble and whirlpool area, barbecue area, garden, ping pong table, air conditioning, chill out area, etc. The space House with 2 floors, a turret and a basement. The first floor consists of a large entrance, toilet, large fully equipped kitchen, large living room with direct exit to the porch and pool. The second floor consists of 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The turret/viewpoint floor from which the sea can be seen consists of an additional bedroom with a double bed.
