The Beautiful Suite is only 21 min by GO TRAIN to downtown Toronto (Union Station). The Suite is beautiful, bright, and is a quiet place to relax on your own or with your significant other. The Suite is for your exclusive use and is not shared with others. It is an ideal living space for a needed change of pace, remote work, or transition between homes. Guests can enjoy our seasonal amenities and enjoy the pool, BBQ, dining on the patio, or enjoy a tranquil evening fireside in the yard. The space The accommodation provides a high level of comfortable and many amenities found in a home. Please note the Suite does not have a stove, oven, or hot plate. The space is suitable for 1 or 2 adults and has access through a dedicated entrance to the lower level (finished basement) of our home. Once inside, you would think you were living on the main floor of a large, bright, and beautifully renovated home. The space is large, yet cozy, and is very bright with a window in every room to maximize natural sunlight. The space has been designed with a full length hallway separating the bedroom and washroom from the rest of the living areas to ensure privacy and comfort. The entire space is for your exclusive use and no part of the Suite is shared with others. This space is professionally finished with high colonial baseboards and trim work throughout. The washroom, and foyer floors are porcelain tiles, while the balance of the floors are finished with a padded and floating floor system for added under foot comfort. Walls and ceilings are painted drywall throughout, with dimmable (Daylight) LED lighting in the living/dining areas. The bedroom is spacious, nicely decorated and has a very comfortable queen size bed, one dresser, two night tables with lamps, wall mirror, and a TV. The bedroom also has a full size closet with coat rack and additional storage space. There are two additional full size closets with coat racks, one at the end of the hallway and the other at the entrance of the Suite. The four piece washroom boasts a beautiful soaker tub and is brightly lit and ventilated for optimum comfort and functionality. In addition, the space has a full compliment of dishes, utensils, and other amenities making it ideal and convenient to prepare your favourite meal on the patio BBQ. The living/dining room is very large and has a very comfortable love seat with end tables, coffee table, and lamps. The dining area has a round dining table and chairs. The TV is a 42” Roku smart TV plus an HDMI cable attached. Please note we do not offer cable or satellite service. Guests will have access to dedicated parking space for one vehicle, in our driveway at no additional charge. Guest access Guests will have access to our outdoor seasonal amenities from the beginning of May to the end of October. The outdoor amenities include the yard space, in ground pool, covered patio, and barbecue. These amenities and areas are shared with ourselves and other guests. The covered patio allows dining during inclement weather. Guest are provided one free and dedicated parking space in our driveway. During your stay We are usually available should anything arise which requires our assistance. We live on the upper level of the house. We want our guests to feel at home and we encourage our guests to let us know if there is anything we can assist with to help make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Other things to note We would like our guests to feel at home and feel free to utilize our pool, patio, and yard space.
