The space Room of 11 m2 on the first floor of duplex house, with bathroom and independent toilets just for you ( i'm living in the down floor) , given acccess to a garden of 30 m2. brain new and anti-acarians full equiped bed - towels provided and beach towels can if you do not have to go to the beach. Wifi - -coffees and teas free of charge. Free breakfeast first day You can use living room TV, when i am out of my house. Kitchen is at your disposal until 11 pm to prepare your breakfeast ; you can also use it , as well as the garden if weather allows that,to take your breakfast.. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal (free of charge , washing products provided) Tram station at 200 meters for Bordeaux Center, (5 minutes by tram), for airport and railway (25mns by tram direct )! Stations for bike rent at 200 meters Near Town Hospital , rugby stadium 15 minutes by feet from Bordeaux historical center 20mns from rail station by bus number 9 or tram F . tram F direct for airport at 2 mns by feet : 25 minutes 1,90 euros Car parking near house Quiet area , with some restaurants arround House with very own architecture and warm decoration Guest access You can use the living room TV in my absence.
