Two bedroom, one bathroom trinity style home in Queen Village, close to Bella Vista (sleeps 5). Light and bright space with all the amenities you’d desire and convenient proximity to all landmarks/destinations! The space Enter on first floor, where you will find the main living area (comfortably seats 4) and the fully equipped kitchen (complete with Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer, should you need it). The basement with sofa and TV offers another comfortable place to hang out (or escape if you could use some space!). There’s also a small weight set you’re welcome to use! Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with queen-sized bed, and the bathroom. On the top floor is the main bedroom (also with queen-sized bed) and peaceful deck overlooking the lovely community garden. Please note that the main bedroom is loft style and does not have a door. With that said, it is the only room on the top floor so it does offer some privacy as a flight of stairs separates it from the rest of the house. Speaking of privacy, the home only shares one wall partially with another house so you won’t need to worry about noisy neighbors disrupting your stay! Please also note that this is a trinity style home, so it does have spiral staircases. I think you will find they are surprisingly navigable once you’ve been up and down them a few times (and there are hand rails on the two main stairwells!). Additional amenities include keyless entry, YouTube TV which is basically full cable if you're unfamiliar, brand new ductless AC/heat (zoned, each floor can be set to its own temperature), plenty of free street parking on nearby Washington Avenue, record player with assorted albums, white noise machines in the bedrooms, and lots of happy plants to enjoy! Please help yourself to coffee pods and feel free to use any small appliances in the kitchen, including air fryer, citrus juicer (makes tasty margaritas!), toaster oven, and blender. One final comment - this is my primary residence, so you will find some of my personal belongings are kept here. But please don’t worry about space - there will be ample room provided for storing your clothes/belongings while you’re here! I just ask that you please be respectful of my space and items.
