In this safe and quiet area near the waterfront you find small shops, cool cafes and restaurants. It´s a short walk to the metro (3-4 min) and only about 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment is perfect for 2 persons (62 m2), located on the 2th floor (no elevator) and consists of: - an entrance - a kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher - a small city bathroom with toilet and shower in the same room - a cosy living room with a dining table and a sofa and a lovely balcony - a bedroom with a double bed.
