Description
A traditional Pembrokeshire cottage in a unique, idyllic woodland and waterside setting. The cottage is reached via a private farm road 1/2 a mile from the centre of Cosheston village. It has its own slipway, providing direct access to the estuary for beach walks and launching small boats, canoes and paddleboards . The cottage has been recently restored and furnished to a very high standard. It has a new kitchen and new bathrooms, full central heating and a wood-burning stove. The space The Folly has two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other twin beds that can be linked to make a super-king. Please advise your preference for this bedroom. There is a second bathroom on the ground floor (shower only). The delightful open plan sitting-room and dining-room has lovely views to the garden and the water. The large garden which is mainly laid to lawn, includes a natural stone terrace, furnished for outside dining and barbeques. Pembrokeshire is famous for its bird-life and indeed a large variety of woodland birds, sea birds and waders can be observed from the garden. The WiFi is provided via an Openreach copper wire down a long lane, most of the time it is reliable, very occasionally it goes down and it can take a few days before an engineer can come out.
