Chalet Nougatine is a wonderful newly renovated chalet situated in the heart of Montgenevre village, in a quiet, secluded setting. It contains 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people and offers excellent value for groups or families on a budget. The space Ground floor entrance to: Open communal floor comprising: -Dining area with dining table and chairs - Lounge area with corner sofa and arm chairs - Rear kitchen equipped with oven, 4 ring hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave Bedroom 1: Double bed Shower room with WC and washing machine Second floor : Bedroom 2: Double room with shower and basin Bedroom 3: Family room with double bed, 2 single beds and basin Family bathroom and WC Extras : TV/DVD WIFI Ground-floor terrace with outdoor furniture in a beautifully secluded location Ski locker Bedding and one set of towels per person are provided for all winter rentals. Pets welcome (+£50) All of our independent properties will have an information book to provide you with information about the property and activities or events to enjoy during your stay; accompanied by a welcome gift from our resort team. Guest access If you are arriving before 8 PM, one of our friendly resort representatives will meet you on-site to show you to your accommodation and answer any questions. Please text us approximately 30 minutes before your estimated arrival time so we can ensure someone is there to greet you. If you anticipate arriving after 8 PM, please contact us in advance via text so we can make alternative arrangements for your check-in. Other things to note Included in the price: Tea-towels Washing-up liquid Enough toilet roll so you don’t get caught-short on arrival Family items such as travel cots and highchairs can be made available on request Bedding is provided during the Winter months A set of 2 towels per person are provided during the Winter months **During Summer months, bedding and towels are not provided as standard but can be provided at an additional charge, please contact us for more details** All of our properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard each week. We ask that you leave them in the same way that you found them, including emptying bins, removing bedding, ensuring the washing up is done and the dishwasher is empty. If you would prefer not to have to do this, we can do an “end-of-stay clean” for you, for an additional charge.
