Ocean Breeze - Bahay Kubo with AC

Brand new resort - small but discreet. Set in a peaceful, green location very near a clean beach. Owned & managed by a British/Filipino family. We are family entrepreneurs who try to bring quality to all we do. We offer a variety of accommodations - please see our other listings. This listing is for Kubo #2 which has an AC. Maranna restaurant serves meals all day and the beach bar is open 24/7. The space The kubo has an AC, a private, en suite bathroom, double bed with pillows and bed linen, mosquito net, lights, power sockets, curtains on the windows and a small table with two bottles of drinking water. The veranda is large enough to sit about 6 people and has a movable table and a light. Breakfast and dinners are available for a reasonable cost in the Restobar. We also have a commissary selling water, beer, soft drinks and snacks. The bar is now open and has a coffee corner and bar serving beers, cocktails and spirits and has a darts board, games table and music TV. Guest access Guests in the Kubo accommodation are welcome to use the roof top terrace. We suggest you have evening drinks on the terrace to watch the sun set or breakfast to watch the surfers and fishermen ride the waves. Guests can also use our private access to the beach and the beach huts with toilet and shower and BBQ / recreation area. The swimming pool will be constructed soon. We have a commissary selling drinks, cold beer, snacks etc. The Restobar serves breakfast for all our guests and dinner is available at a reasonable cost. There is a coffee corner and the bar offers beers and spirits and a small range of cocktails and has darts, a games table music videos etc. During your stay We are around most of the time, from 8am - 8pm. Other things to note To find us: From Manila/Clarke/South - head north on the Highway and pass through San Fernando City, then San Juan, go past the pottery shops and then look for Sta. Veronica College. Ocean Breeze Resort is first left after the college. Look for our signage.
