With heart pine floors, shiplap walls, beadboard ceilings, two fireplaces, and soaring 10'+ ceilings, the 550-square-foot space feels bright, airy, and full of historic charm. Located in the heart of the Eastern Victorian District, Orchid Cottage is the perfect spot for couples or small groups looking to experience historic Savannah in comfort and style. Please Note: - The cottage is behind the main house and not visible from the street. - Street parking only; the neighboring driveway is not for guest use. - This is a shared property with a resident dog who does not tolerate other animals. For safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate additional animals. - Because we're in a vibrant city area, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds. We do our best to create a peaceful environment inside the house, but external noises are outside our control. We love welcoming visitors to Savannah! However, at this time we can only accept reservations from out-of-area guests. Bookings made by local residents (within 50 miles) will be cancelled. Thank you for understanding! STVR #01972 Guest access You will have the entire cottage to yourselves. Guests are able to self check-in with our smartlock. The code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival by 1:30 pm. The code will not activate until 3 pm. Other things to note Per the City of Savannah STVR Ordinances, guests must sign our rental agreement prior to their stay. Failure to sign will lead to a cancellation of your reservation. The link to the rental form will be sent to you after booking. All guests must be named on the rental agreement. Unregistered guests are not allowed and will be escorted off of the property. Free parking is available on the street as the property does not have a driveway.
