Studio surrounded by nature

Relax in a unique and tranquil place, in the heart of1 ha 4 of nature. Guests have access to the secure pool as well as a private forest that leads to a river to consider walks and picnics. Ideally located, your accommodation is located 10 minutes' walk from the characterful village of Châteaudouble and allows you to radiate in all the attractive directions of the Var: 1 hour from the Gorges du Verdon, 45 minutes from the beaches and about 1 hour from the mountain. The space Adjacent to a typical 18th century stone sheepfold, the accommodation is a refurbished studio of 27 square meters suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. It has an equipped kitchen area (induction hobs, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, fridge, etc.), a wardrobe, a new sofa bed - purchased February 2026 - with a quality mattress (Simmons), a loft bed, a TV, Wi-Fi, a terrace and a private garden on the edge of the forest. It is also equipped with a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Access to the pool is reserved for guests who rent the studio: there will be no other tenants than you. Please do not use sunscreen before swimming. During the summer period, we reserve one hour of access to the swimming pool per day from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. The studio can accommodate two adults and a child, or a baby (baby bed, changing table and baby bath provided) Near the studio, we allow free access to the forest, the vegetable garden, the olive trees, and the swing for guests who wish to use them. Guest access Free parking is available immediately near the studio. Parking in the village is free. Other things to note Access to the forest requires walking shoes. A dog and a cat are present on site (nice!) . A small part of the land benefits from an electric fence. There is a grocery store in the village as well as two sheep farms that offer eggs, goat's milk or cow's milk cheeses, sausages and merguez sausages 1 km from the accommodation. Provide food: The nearest convenience store is 2.5 km away.
