Our farm is located at about 1,300 m in beautiful Fundres, in a very quiet location. The apartment was newly built in 2017/2018 and offers a unique view over Fundres. Our animals on the farm: cows, chickens, ducks, turkeys, guinea fowl, 1 horse, cats and our dog Rocky. The space Our beautiful chalet consists of a large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms in pine wood, 1 bathroom and guest toilet. The apartment has a large balcony and private garden with magnificent views over Fundres. Other things to note Bread service: We offer our bread service on request. Price of apartment local tax already included Tax to the municipality (local tax) €1.55/person/night: Tax description: As of January 1, 2014, the local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol. The revenues from the local tax are used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events.
