Check our glowing reviews! The space **Welcome to Our Home** We’re not investors—we're OG Airbnb hosts! Ranch Life in Wyoming on 22 Acres of the "High Plains". You'll know you are in the right place when you see the Rustic Orange house and the Large Tipi center of the Prairie! We are conveniently located 3 miles off North I-25 - very little traffic noise. Downtown Cheyenne is 12 miles or approx. 12 mins with light traffic. Our neighborhood is "NorthStar" and it's in the County, in the "Ranchettes" on the Maps. Most of the homes have 7 Acres, there are 4 of us with 20, and no covenants, so we can run a camp and lodging business, without all the hassles. We are not fenced in, there is nothing blocking the stars, the sunrise, or the sunset. You may wonder around the prairie, the gardens or go for a run or bike ride around the neighborhood, safely. IF you would like to add more sleeping accommodations, please send an inquiry for a package deal. I’ll be here to greet you, show you around, and answer any questions. After that, I'll step back and let you enjoy your gathering. Need extra cleanings or anything sorted? Just holler! I'm the housekeeper, and Steve’s the maintenance guy. Want the full ranch experience? We love giving tours of the animals and gardens. You can even help with chores like gathering eggs, feeding the horses, or picking veggies! Please Note: We live in the fully renovated walk-out basement that's as big as the guesthouse so don't worry about us, we have everything we need and although we are here for you as needed, we do keep very busy in with life outside of hosting. We are all about fun and good vibes—after hosting over 10,000 guests in 18 years, we've got it down. Guest access Explore it all Excluding the Garage, The Shop and The Downstairs where we reside and enjoy our private space. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen with double oven, large refrigerator that will be ready for your groceries but also stock full of common condiments. Spice drawer, oils and other baking condiments are here for your use. There is 12 place settings and a dishwasher. Laundry Room will be ready for you and soaps are included. Living Room and Kitchen is very open with a walk out patio, large BBQ grill and 22 acres to roam. The Sun Sets are something to watch for from the Sunset Patio on the West side of the house or from the Plains of Wyoming which is our Property to the West and North going to the fence toward the House with the Large Red Barn You may enter the barns and greenhouses and corral. We do have a lot of chickens and all of our Roosters are Gentlemen so no worry about being attacked if he's out. They just want scraps, anything you have leftover they will be happy to eat. If you want to visit the horses you may but please keep the kids close, move slowly and speak quietly and you may hear them say, "Hay"! That is located on the very south side of the barn by the 2nd outbuilding which is our Shop. We offer a Honey Beekeeping Experience and Horsey Rides on Cheyeannie in the Corral area. Fun for families and a great photo Op! For Bee's we have some suits in various sizes and head covers. Spend up to 2 hours with Steve and I learning, assisting with the Bee's ..and this really is Steve's favorite thing to do with guests! ***Let us know in advance if you'd like to get that Bee Keeper's experience so Steve can plan Bee Maintenance. You see Beekeeper's are courteous to the Bee's by only taking their roof off to assist them with Health checks, overcrowding, extra food (during the off season is necessary in Wyoming) and water checks! Super Fascinating and Entertaining Experience! or Horsey ride experience for $50 cash each experience. We do not sell honey at this time however, there will bee some with the tea's provided in the Guest House ♡ Other things to note Allergy Alert: There is one kitty who resides in the basement and another in the barn. We live in the basement which is private. if we're not here, there's an Inn Keeper to see to the animals and maintain the grounds. Don't worry about us, we're used to hosting and enjoy sharing this beautiful space. Please inform me if you *must bring a Pet.
