Come and discover Arcachon in this lovely flat with 2 balconies overlooking the place des Marquises. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, you will be ideally located to enjoy Arcachon and its sun. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people (a king size bed on the mezzanine, 1 bunk bed and a sofa bed are available). Wifi and a washing machine are also included. For more information, kindly read the detailed description below. :) The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - Ideal location in the hyper centre of Arcachon, overlooking the place des Marquises (where a daily farmers market is held during summer) - Only 3 minutes walk from the beach. -vanity kits and a few coffee capsules will be provided. - The flat has a parking space in the Indigo Parking just underneath the building. Other features to consider: - The flat is located on the raised ground floor. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. Housing: You will appreciate my accommodation for its central location. The flat can accommodate 6 people and is located on the ground floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A convivial living room: sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, television, dining area with a dining table for 6 people, a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a king-sized bed. - A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, - A cozy bedroom: bunk bed, storage space. - Drying rack, iron and ironing table - Bathroom: shower cubicle, lit mirror, towel dryer - Separate toilet. - Each room comes with usb plugs to charge phones - Hi-Speed Ethernet plugs are also available You can also enjoy 2 balconies each equipped with a table and 2 chairs.
