MCountry Villa - Stunning View, Garden & Pool

Our house is ideal for large families due to its comfort, functionality and diversity of activities, for all ages, both indoors and in the garden. From diving in the pool, playing soccer, volleyball or tennis, playing in the playground, riding a bicycle, having a barbecue, to relaxing quietly on the sun loungers and hammocks, contemplating the breathtaking view of the Serra de Sintra. We are located 20/30 minutes from the main beaches and cultural monuments. The space The house accommodates up to 10 people on a single floor without stairs, allowing easy access to all bedrooms (4), bathrooms (3), living room, dining area, kitchen and 2 porches. From the porches of the house, guests have a view of the garden and the beautiful Serra de Sintra, where you can see the Pena Palace, the Castle of the Moors, the Village of Sintra and the Seteais Palace. The property allows step-free access to the garden, swimming pool, playground and orchard, facilitating movement with baby carriages and people with reduced mobility. We have the capacity to adapt the house to receive people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, and can provide various equipment such as a crib, sun lounger, high chair for meals, bathtub, shower seat, intercom, etc., upon prior request. Unfortunately, our bathrooms and swimming pool are not yet ready to provide fully adapted and safe access for people with limited mobility in wheelchairs and on crutches. We hope to be a fully accessible vacation home in the near future. ​ Guest access The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, an annex to support to the pool with a barbecue area, kitchen and bathroom, a playground for the youngest, a sports field suitable for football, tennis and volleyball and even an orchard with fruit trees. Other things to note The municipal tax in Sintra is €2 per person, per night (applicable to those over 12 years of age) up to a maximum of 3 nights. This tax will be charged upon arrival. Late check-in (after 10 p.m.) can be done by prior arrangement and upon payment of a €50 fee. Registration Details 106066/AL
