Very cute, bungalow, 1 BR, 1 Bath, living room, & kitchen. Newly redone with all new furniture & updated décor. BR has a Queen memory foam mattress. LR sofa is a memory foam sleeper. Small fully functional kitchenette. Private patio, perfect for enjoying your coffee ; the park-like backyard neighbors on the golf course of a beautiful country club , allowing for a quiet ,serene and private atmosphere . Netflix, etc w/ an Amazon Fire Stick. No broadcast or cable tv,Parking for one car only The space Throwing a ball to Charlie (our lovable, vivacious red golden doodle), or scratching Duke's (our adorable, chubby, mature golden doodle) belly will make them fast friends! Dogs are very friendly but if you prefer no interaction, we can keep them away. Guest access You'll have the entire space to yourself as it is adjacent to but completely separate from our home. You will also have a small patio that is entirely yours to use. Other things to note Not wheelchair accessible as it is a second floor walk-up. We’ll assist with luggage if you need a hand. We only having parking available for one (1) car
