Quiet Tahoe Park bungalow, 1 mile from UC Davis med center or Tahoe park in the opposite direction, close to The Mind Institute, midtown/downtown, rivers, Paradise beach. The driveway is long enough for 2+ cars. Covered carport could be a shady hang-out spot. Tahoe Park is a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. The park is about a mile away. Yummy local restaurants include Mezcal, OBO, Selland's. Tea roses line the driveway. Enjoy the backyard hammock under mature crepe myrtle trees, & stay for the gardenia blossoms! You will have full access to the entire house, the garage studio is reserved for the owners but we try to stay out of your way. We’re around, just call or text. Quiet friendly neighborhood to walk and bike. Sacramento is a bike-friendly town, bus (4 blocks) & light rail (1.5 miles ) nearby. When it’s safe again we will probably have jump bikes and Uber scooters. Lake Tahoe is about an hour and 45 minutes away; the Pacific ocean / San Francisco are about the same, driving is optimal. Gustavo gardens on Tuesdays. Please put trash cans curbside Wednesday night & put them away Thursday.
