Nestled in the treetops of Kessler Park, this home is your ideal Dallas retreat. Despite its proximity to the city's buzz, the neighborhood's lush hills offer a secluded escape. The Bishop Arts District is tantalizingly near, where the scent of artisan candles wafts. Conveniently located just off I-30, you're a mere 5 minutes from the American Airlines Center and Downtown Dallas, and less than 20 minutes from Arlington's attractions: AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, Globe Life Park, & Hurricane Harbor. The space The house is perfectly situated in the charming Kessler Park neighborhood of North Oak Cliff. With floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area, you'll feel as though you're perched up in the treetops. Here, you can spend hours watching squirrels, cardinals, blue jays, and woodpeckers, although each room also comes equipped with a TV for those Netflix moments. Designed for social gatherings, the home features an open, fully equipped kitchen boasting a gas range, spacious refrigerator, and an abundance of prep space. A 20-foot island seamlessly connects the kitchen to the dining and living areas, serving as both a functional workspace and the heart of this open-concept layout. Step outside to the backyard pool area, where you can relax amongst the bamboo after a swim, read a book on the plush loveseat during the crisp morning hours, tan by the deck under the vibrant Texas blue sky, or savor BBQ and beers as the day winds down. The master suite is expansive, featuring a cozy seating area, a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with both a stand-alone shower and a luxurious tub, and a split unit for personalized climate control, allowing you to adjust your environment to your exact comfort. There are two guest rooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and the living room includes a full-sized pull-out couch, accommodating up to 6 guests. **Pet Policy:** While we pride ourselves on being pet-friendly with our large backyard, we prioritize cleanliness to ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests. Please ensure your pet is as responsible as you are; otherwise, we kindly request that you do not bring them. NO EVENTS & NO PARTIES. •No more than 8 confirmed guests may stay overnight. Overnight hours begin at 11 pm •No more than 12 people total may be on property between hours of sun-rise and 10 pm. After 10 pm any guests not on the reservation must vacate the property. •Social gatherings are allowed, partying is NOT allowed. •We abide by Dallas noise ordinance and require guests to as well. Pet friendly, with pre-approval only. Other things to note This house requires guest to climb multiple stairs to reach the entrance. Sleeper sofa available in addition to the king bed and two queen beds.
