Quaint, Cozy Home in Northeast Fort Wayne

Enjoy a cozy guest bedroom with a queen size bed located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne. Excellent choice to enjoy the hustle and bustle of town while able to quietly sleep through the night. Close to the Maumee River Trails for a great nature walk/bike ride. The home has plenty of space, including available closet and drawers. Also included are basic amenities for bathing, kitchen space and a morning pot of fresh brewed coffee. Don't forget the cuddly pups! The space This is a guest bedroom in our home. We live here and work close by. We can be as available as you would like. There are multiple living areas in the home so everyone can enjoy their space. We do have two dogs that love to cuddle. This listing is for our guest bedroom with a queen size bed. You will have access to a full size bathroom across the hall which may be shared with additional guests if needed. Closet and drawer space is available. The backyard is a fenced in yard with a nice patio to enjoy when it is nice out. Guest access Guests can have free range to the kitchen to cook as long as they clean up after themselves. They can use the office space. TV's are available in both living room areas with access to Netflix, Disney+, Hulu and Amazon Prime. There is surround sound in the main living room. During your stay We both work close by during the week and are gone most of the day. On weekends, we are usually out of town. We can be as around or not around as you want. Easy to get a hold of via phone/email if needed. Other things to note We have two dogs that live with us. Nikko is a 10 year old Dalmatian mix that likes to cuddle. Rhaegar is a small lab that will do about anything for cheese.
