The cottage is 12 km from Fontainebleau and 9 km from Moret Loing and Orvanne, in a wooded and quiet area, close to the Euro Scandibérique cycle route, the climbing sites of the Fontainebleau forest and many tourist sites. The gîte is in a set of buildings hosting a craft brewery, a cutler, artisans and artists. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 x 190 (or 2 beds of 70 x 190) and a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x 200. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
