West View Cottage in Seaside Village of Allonby

West View Cottage is a lovely 1 bed property. The bathroom and living room (nice view) are upstairs. The bedroom and kitchen are downstairs. It is located in the heart of Allonby which is situated on the stunning Solway coast. There are 2 pubs, a sandwich shop, Ice Cream Shop (& essentials) in Allonby. All opening times/ days vary. It is a great location to explore the historic towns of Cockermouth, Maryport, Silloth & the Northern Lakes. There are excellent routes for walkers & cyclists. The space The living room is spacious and offers good views. There is a double bed in the downstairs bedroom and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is modern with an excellent shower (no bath) The kitchen is well equipped. All floors apart from stairs/landing are laminate/vinyl. Other things to note Central heating Please use responsibly - ie turn down for whilst you're out and overnight. Maximum temperature 21 degrees. Contact me if necessary. Hot water is on demand. There is a ring Doorbell camera on the outside of the front door. PETS Up to 2 small/medium well behaved pets allowed (dogs only) Please bring your own pet beds/bedding and keep pets off the furniture and out of the bedroom/bathroom Thank you
