Relax from the moment you arrive with private off street parking taking the worry out of finding a free space to park on arrival and when returning from a day out at the beach or visiting one of the lovely nearby towns. Free Wi-Fi to send all you friends updates of your fantastic time in Rye and of all the great food & drinks on offer in this Town The space The Holiday house is decorated to a modern feel it has one twin and one king bedded room each with its own freeview television (DVD in Twin room) and Hairdryers. (Extra put up bed can be put up in the twin room for an extra child). The bathroom is supplied with towel, flannels, bathmats & small selection of Shampoo, body lotion etc. The Lounge also has a smart television, two sofa's & coffee table. The kitchen/diner has all the basics plus a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. All bedding, towels, electric and gas are included in the rental. The parking bay is at the front of the building, there is a small area with fake grass and a picnic bench for guests to sit outside. Guest access The entire house is for guests use only. Other things to note We have been letting our house on Airbnb and directly for a few years, we also run a small hotel very close to the house so if needed either us or staff are on hand during your stay to answer any questions or deal with any problems should they arise.
