It's a Private 1 bedroom garden apartment in excellent condition. Our place is close to Coogee Beach, Randwick Village, University of NSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital, Chat Thai, Café X74, City Bus Stops,. It's great for couples and solo business or adventurer guests. An easy level about 15 min walk to Beach. Great Restaurants and Cafés are close by. The space This is a really special and mostly newly renovated garden apartment. It is spacious with high ceilings, floating timber floors and lots of beautiful natural light more so in the afternoons. Due to it's aspect, it is naturally nice and cool throughout the Sydney summer. There is a powerful reverse cycle Air Conditioner installed in the living/dining room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom if it gets stifling hot at night in summer. The kitchen and bathroom are not new but both are in excellent condition. ＊＊＊＊＊ Once you have made a reservation, it will be understood that you have agreed to and will comply with all "House rules" and "Additional rules" stated under “Things to know” at the bottom of this listing page. Please read through all before making a reservation. ＊＊＊＊＊ Bedroom: Large Master bedroom with super comfy queen bed. and an additional Sofa bed is available if required. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for your stay, ample storage with large floor to ceiling built-ins, and plenty of hangers and drawer space. Bathroom: Freshly laundered bath towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner and a hair dryer are provided. Kitchen and Dining: Fully-equipped kitchen and dining area....or just step out the back door into the courtyard . Living Room: LED TV with a 2 seater Lounge and Coffee table. There is a reasonably high-speed wifi connection . Please consider that there are downloading limits and if you are a heavy user it may fall short of your requirements however. Laundry: An internal laundry with washing machine. There is also a retractable clothes line located in the private courtyard. Our expectation is that for longer term stays, where we have provide our guests with extra sets of clean linen and towels etc., that they are then responsible for their desired ongoing laundering of these items until check out time. Guest access The apartment opens out onto a rear deck, private paved courtyard, and landscaped garden. We have provided table and chairs at courtyard deck for you to use , so you can stroll back from an afternoon at the beach and spend a relaxed summer's evening having dinner. Parking: There is unrestricted free "on-street parking only" available in the area on both Coogee Street and Courland Street. Please be aware that car parking availability near our place can be challenging at certain times (especially in the evenings). Hire Cars: Many "goget" hire cars are available near us including one directly opposite our place as shown in the pictures. This could be a far more convenient and cost effective option if you require a car for use only on some occasions rather than needing to hire one straight from the airport for the entirety of your stay. Other things to note After you book, you can use Airbnb's auto message and We will send the details to the registered Airbnb email. You will have a completely private space inside and outside the apartment. You can enjoy a relaxing stay like your own home. However, there are guests staying in the other apartments. Please refrain from gathering at night or loud private conversation in the outside/courtyard area after 10pm.
